Welcome back, everyone. I thought we could dive into the topic of stress management this week. It is no secret that the last year or two has become increasingly more stressful for most people at home and abroad.

It has also been made clear to those who have been paying attention that how we manage ourselves while under stress has a profound impact not only on us but also on every single person that our life touches, regardless of whether we are just passing someone at the store or it is the people that we love and interact with every day.

With that knowledge and the knowledge that many people struggle with stress and anger management, I thought this week I would refer to a book that might help you as profoundly as it has helped me over the years.

This book covers everything you could ever want to understand about stress and its management. As you will soon see, it will give you various techniques to manage past traumas and break old habits you have wanted to break.

Closing

As you can see, it does cover everything you would want to know about stress management and how to approach it. Has this book been on the market since December of 2001? You can purchase it on Amazon for around $16, you can have it free on kindle, or you can find it at your local thrift book shop for anywhere from 50 cents to $10.

Wherever you find it and for whatever price you buy it, I would say it will be worth it; this book is so cramped and packed with helpful information it will be worth the price.

As always, I hope you found this week’s topic valuable and full of helpful information. If you would like to share your thoughts on this topic or any other topics I discussed, please feel free to do so below.

Until next week, my truth seeker. Namaste.
