Welcome back, everyone. This week I would like to discuss how to deal with life transformation.
As we all know, life and time are ever-changing. As these changes take place, we can face hard transformations as we go from one way of life or one state of being to another.
Not all these transformations are easy to make and can be quite hard to navigate. I have found myself in moments like these, asking myself, what can I do now? However, with each stage of life transformation in my life, I have found that the steps I will go into below, helped me greatly in the navigation and successful conclusion of one stage or phase into another.

Identify why the changes are taking place
If you have read my previous blogs or have been on a self-improvement journey for any length of time, you will already, know that nothing happens in our lives without reason. The first step to understanding the transformation taking place in your life is to take the time to identify what changes are taking place. Once you understand what is happening, then you can take the time to figure out why it is happening.
When you take the time to figure out and understand why the transformation is taking place, then you will put yourself in the position to start, accepting the transformation, which will allow you to handle things better.
On a personal note, I have found that in many cases when you are going through a transformation or are changing; it is usually because you are being prepared for something or someone new that is getting ready to come into your life.
Embrace the feeling of uncertainty
I do not think I have found anyone who likes uncertainty, although there are people who can deal with it far better than others. The trick to uncertainty is to embrace it, even if it scares you.
It is important to understand if you do not already, that uncertainty scares everyone. The only difference between someone who handles it and someone who runs from it is the approach.
When you embrace the uncertainty with the firm belief that all is as it should be and all will happen as it is meant, to happen, then you will find, that, you can simply relax and allow the transformation to take its course.
You can not stop the transformation that is taking place and you will find in your own experience that the more you resist a transformation taking place in your life the harder things will be for you It is always best for all involved if you just embrace the uncertainty and hang on for the ride.
Take things one step at a time
It never fails that in every transformation process or phase, you are tested, and will have to face some, if not several, of your fears. When you are faced, with these situations, the best thing you can do is simply take things one step at a time.
Facing fears is hard for us all and will require you to breathe deeply as you take the steps needed to move forward and ultimately through your fears. I know when I am faced with my fears and I have been faced with most of them; I remember that the scariest part about fear is fear itself. Fear is a liar and tells you things are worse or scarier than they are.
Always take the time to show yourself, grace and only take the steps you can, as you can.
Take care of yourself
Taking care of yourself in every way possible when you are dealing with a transformation is vital to your overall health and well-being. It is important to understand all your relationships are mirror images of the relationship you have with yourself and the most important person in your support team is, you.
No one on this earth should know you better than you know yourself and, in that knowledge, no one can take care of you better than you. You will always understand what you need and how to best help yourself.
You are the leader of your support team, which I will go into further in a moment, and if you do not lead well, you will not have the care and support that you will need to reach the finish line or the completion of this transformation in the positive and productive way are you are meant to.
Stay positive
Staying positive is always an important aspect of mental and emotional well-being. You can not do or get anywhere in this life and enjoy the experience or trip without a positive frame of mind or a positive state of being.
Staying positive and seeing everything as something that is serving your highest good makes everything you do and face so much easier to do and deal with. Transformation and changes are all a part of life’s natural state of flow. You can not stop it and there is no reason to think that every transformation that happens in your life, no matter how it may appear, is not for your highest good.
Life, even among changes, is meant to be, enjoyed and embraced, so do yourself and the world a favor and stay positive, and trust that everything will be okay, no matter what.
Draw to your support team
As I stated before, we all need to have support to help us push through the really hard points of transformation and change. Without people supporting you, you can find, yourself losing motivation and reason to keep the faith or to take the steps needed to push through to the finish line or completion of the transformation.
The entire purpose of the support team is to help you when you can no longer help yourself. Now, in saying that not all support teams are created, equal, and not all of us are good with people or building strong relationships with others.
If you can not draw to friends or family, then one of the best ways to build a support team is to follow or build connections with like-minded people, even if you only know them virtually. The point is not to hang out with your support team; it is to find support when you need it, as you need it.

In my experience, they have helped me through every stage in the process of transformation and I have faced a lot of transformation and change throughout my life, so I can tell you firsthand that each of these methods and practices will work if you give them a chance.
