Welcome back, everyone. This week, I want to discuss five killer ways to notice opportunities. Most people have a hard time seeing the opportunities that come their way. However, by not taking the time to see the opportunities in front of you, you might lose the chance to achieve a goal you have always wanted to achieve.
The goal of this week’s discussion is to help you develop the skills with specific techniques to start noticing all the opportunities that come your way so that you can achieve all your goals and start living your best life.
If you are one of those who seem to need more time to advance or achieve a desired goal. Or if you are one of those people who never seems to have a lucky break, then you would benefit from this discussion, and I encourage you to read to the end.
#1, Be observant
One of the best ways to see or notice an opportunity is to be observant. It may seem unnecessary to point this out, but you would be amazed by how many people lose out on an opportunity simply because they do not know it is right in front of them.
However, it is always best to take the time to examine the opportunity to make sure that all is as it seems. Still, suppose you are being given something such as the possibility of a promotion, unexpected money, or the possibility of a new relationship. In that case, it should be considered an opportunity and acted upon.
It is essential to understand that if you view any of the premonition examples as something to fear, you will likely not act, and you will miss out on the opportunity to advance toward your desired goal.
#2, Watch for synchronicity and patterns
Another thing you should be watching for is the patterns of events that have played out throughout your history, otherwise known as the synchronicity of events. Most people need to recognize that each of our lives plays in patterns or what is known as cycles.
These cycles repeatedly play until we learn or grow in a divinely directed way. Once you do, the pattern or cycle will change as we are changed. If you pay attention to these patterns, you will, with a high percentage of certainty, predict when you will have some kind of opportunity presented to you.
#3, Pay attention to your gut
Paying attention to your gut, hunches, or intuition requires you to believe in your ability to see things that may seem unlikely to most and act upon the likelihood that it is as it seems. Only some people can do that with any level of confidence with experience showing them that their gut is right more than wrong. It is also possible to follow your gut if you believe in yourself or trust yourself to get something right.
However, there are times when the only way to grab an opportunity is to trust your hunch is correct and act on it. The best way to follow your gut with a level of certainty is to make sure it is your gut talking to you.
This involves what some might describe as a nagging voice or a feeling that you should do something that just does not seem to go away. When this occurs, you can be highly confident that your intuition or gut is talking to you, and you will likely find some success by acting.
However, if you do act and your gut turns out to be wrong, trust that it is not the end of the world, and you are now a little wiser, and now you have the opportunity to build a better relationship with yourself.
#4, Put yourself out there
There are times when you have to open the door to attract opportunity. The best way to attract a prospect is to take notice of the chance of knowing when you should build upon your skills through education or mentoring and when to network and meet new people.
By building upon your skills and experience, you make yourself more attractive to others as you can help them meet a desired outcome. In addition, by putting yourself out there to meet new people, you open the opportunity to find yourself.
Something to understand about this approach toward opportunity is that the opportunities presented to you may lead you in a different direction than you thought they would but will very likely land you at the desired achievement or outcome. Thus, it is vital to remain open to whatever might come your way.
#5, create the way
The final way I will discuss with you today is creating your own way. Sometimes it isn’t about noticing the opportunity for achievement. It is about seeing when you will find the best success to create your own opportunity.
Although, in many cases, an opportunity will find you at the right time, it doesn’t always come without effort on your part. This is the mindset of most entrepreneurs as most people who step out of the conventional into their own world of innovation know that in order to find the achievement they seek, they will have to create their own opportunities for achievement.
If opportunities do not find you, you may find that you are being divinely directed to find your own. So, if you feel a calling to take a particular action to see the success you seek, then trust that you probably should.
