Welcome back, everyone. This week, I would like to explore the mind, body, and soul energy that flows through us all. This energy can be used in different ways, but it will help us function as balanced individuals who are perfectly aligned and in sync with ourselves and the world around us.
If you would be interested in exploring this topic with me, I invite you to follow me as I take this next step toward becoming positively improved.
What is energy, and how does it work
The strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity. Soul energy, or spirit energy, is a subtle energy closely linked to emotions. It is the energy generated by the inner “self,” which religious people call the soul. Some say the soul is a universal consciousness energy state that controls the human body’s physiological and spiritual processes, working together with the mind. Others believe the soul is an ethereal substance, a non-material spark, unique to each.
Your mind can influence how your body feels and vice versa. This brain-body communication began with the origin of life 1.5 billion years ago, resulting in how energy is produced in your cells. Understanding this dynamic, adaptive flow of energy can transform how you think about your health.
Mind-body bridging is a field within mind-body medicine that focuses on restoring and optimizing the connection between the mind and body. The premise is that individuals can learn to use their thoughts to positively impact their body’s physical responses, reducing stress levels. This approach emphasizes the powerful influence of the mind on the body and offers techniques for harnessing this connection to promote overall well-being.
Body
The human body relies on energy derived from food to sustain vital functions, such as cell growth, respiration, and blood circulation. Additionally, this energy is expended on physical activities, including exercise, occupational tasks, and leisure pursuits. It’s important to note that the type of energy derived from food plays a significant role, as simple carbohydrates such as chips and white bread are rapidly utilized by the body and do not offer sustained energy.
Another thing to remember is that sustaining physical energy also requires six to eight hours of sleep daily, and medical personnel prefer that you be consistent with your sleep schedule to achieve the best results.
Mind
Mental energy encompasses the capacity and inclination to participate in cognitive tasks. It encompasses various aspects such as mood, cognitive abilities, and motivation. When mental energy is lacking, it can harm productivity, creativity, and overall mood.
Regularly engaging in learning and meditation is one of the best ways to achieve this goal or outcome. Both activities require different mental skills and help build the mind’s overall functional abilities. The trick to mind energy is harnessing and controlling it; by extension, you can disciple and control the mind.
Soul
Some believe the soul is always in a state of 100% positive energy and is constantly super excited. Spiritual power is associated with motivations, passions, and driving forces and is sometimes described as a “vibration.”
Vibrational energy is a rhythm that travels through the body and mind and can even affect your cells or DNA. The changes in the flow of this energy can be referred to as chakra energy, as they impact the functioning of the spirit, mind, and body.
Final Thoughts
Aligning your mind, body, and spirit can lead to a healthier and happier life. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions are in harmony, you can achieve unity within yourself. If you are like me, this is the ultimate result to be achieved.
If you eat correctly, sleep properly, hydrate, and care for yourself, you will balance the body and maintain a high ability to function. If you meditate and continue learning and absorbing knowledge, you will harmonize the mind. If you purge the negative emotions and embrace the positive emotions, you will align the body, mind, and spirit in perfect unity. This is when anything can be made possible, as you will also align perfectly with the divine source in this unity of the three.
