Welcome back, everyone. This week’s newsletter will discuss vibrational energy and how to raise it to benefit you. If you have been on the journey of self-healing or self-improvement for any length of time, you have undoubtedly heard about vibrational energy and how it works to some degree.

However, for those who have not, I have explained a bit about vibrational energy, how it works, and the benefits you will reap from the practices discussed this week. What is vibrational energy?

Vibrational energy can refer to many things, including:

  1. The rate at which body cells vibrate

Some people believe that cells with higher vibrational frequency are full of energy and indicate a healthy human body, often said to have a vibrational frequency of 62–70 MHz. It is claimed that emotions and thought patterns such as joy and peace create high-frequency vibrations, while anger and fear vibrate at a lower rate. However, it’s important to note that limited scientific evidence supports this correlation.

  1. A fundamental process in chemical physics

Vibrational energy relaxation (VR) in liquids is a crucial chemical physics process requiring better understanding. When a parent vibration is excited, it typically decays on a picosecond time scale.

  1. A quadratic function

In molecular vibration, vibrational energy can be represented as a parabolic function to the displacement of atoms. The energy body can model this condition.

  1. The vibrational state (VS) 

A “vibrational state” is a condition in which the energy body feels activated, creating a sensation in which the entire body vibrates. 

Here are some ways to raise your vibrational energy:

  • Meditation
  • Learning to relax can reduce stress and transform your mindset. Additionally, it can assist in gaining control over your thoughts and putting an end to negative thinking.
  • Gratitude
  • Focusing on the positive aspects of your life and the emotions they elicit can help alter your vibrational state and reduce stress and tension associated with past or future desires.
  • Be in nature
  • “Spending time surrounded by nature can have a cleansing effect on your energy and enhance your mental and spiritual well-being.”
  • Exercise
  • Regular physical activity can foster a stronger connection with your body, leading to increased feelings of self-love and appreciation.
  • Kindness
  • Engaging in acts of kindness, such as assisting a friend or a stranger, can uplift your mood and elevate your overall energy. Kindness and compassion are often regarded as emotions associated with higher vibrational frequencies.

The benefits of vibrational energy

“The practices mentioned above, such as meditation, gratitude, and kindness, are essential for revitalizing your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. They are crucial in promoting a sense of calm, facilitating the natural healing process, and fostering overall wellness. These practices can effectively alleviate the effects of stress, anxiety, and depression, which are linked to lower levels of vibrational energy. By embracing these positive experiences, you raise your vibrational frequency and contribute to creating a more optimistic and compassionate global community.”

The higher your energy or vibration frequency, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. You have little, if any, discomfort or pain in your physical body, and your emotions are efficiently dealt with.
