Let’s look at the best ways to unlock your inner radiance. Although there are other ways to achieve this goal, the list below is the most effective.

  • Self-reflection
  • Practice vulnerability
  • Serve others
  • Spend time alone
  • Practice meditation
  • Build your chakras
  • Practice daily power practices 

You should try each of these ways before discarding them. All these practices work very effectively at helping you find your most authentic self, enabling you to unlock that radiance you want. Now, let’s examine each of these a little more closely;

Self-reflection

Spend time getting to know yourself, including your strengths and weaknesses and what you love and appreciate about yourself. Accept and love yourself without judgment. Some of the best ways to do this are through meditation, journaling, and walks in nature. I combine all three by walking meditation and journaling to see what I discover when the walk is over. One of the best things about reflection is that you will always gain clarity or insight into yourself and your situation.

Practice vulnerability

 Be authentic and own your power. Vulnerability means being easily physically or mentally hurt, influenced, or attacked. Although this is risky business, it is the only way for people to let down their guards and simply trust you with their vulnerable selves. This is the only way to build a true and lasting relationship and the best way for you to embrace your authenticity and personal power.

Serve others

There’s no more significant way to awaken your inner power than to be in the service of someone who has none. If you’re feeling disempowered, immediately find a way to serve. Go to a homeless shelter, mentor a child — do anything that helps you discover your power and harness it to use in someone else’s service.

Spend time alone

Spending time with yourself can be a therapeutic way of realigning yourself. Being in sync with yourself is the best way to be at your best. After some time in stillness and quiet, you will find that you are refreshed and have a clear direction to serve others well.

Practice meditation

Nowadays, everyone has heard about meditation, and there are facts within facts about all its health benefits. One of the best benefits is that it gives me clarity and insight into myself and others. It allows you to see into the soul of others or the root of any situation or problem so you can almost effortlessly find the solution that serves everyone best.

Balancing your energy points

 The human body has seven energy centers that can be built and harmonized to increase self-awareness and positivity. Balancing each energy point will positively affect each area of the body, mind, and soul. This can be done through meditation and energy work such as EFT practices or crystal healing.

Practice daily power practices.

The best way to practice a power practice is to close your eyes, breathe deeply, and think of a time when you felt off balance. Tune into your emotions and ask yourself how old this part of you is. Then open your eyes and shake it off.

I encourage you to try this; simply observe how you feel as you finish this practice and open your eyes. Feeling this sense of power over your thoughts, emotions, and actions is essential for your ego and self-esteem.

Here are five more ways to ignite spiritual power

  • Practice mindfulness. 
  • Embrace negative emotions. 
  • Ground yourself. 
  • Run a salt bath. 
  • Visualize love and healing.

Each of these additions is one of the easiest ways to expand your inner radiance infinitely, but each works quite effectively.
