Welcome back, everyone. This week, I want to pick up where I left off last week by talking about vibrational energy. Only this week, I would like to dive into how you can use vibrational energy to heal and manifest your goals or dreams.
Below, I will provide several different approaches to raising your vibrational energy, which will allow for emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. The more you heal and rebalance, the more empowered and confident you will become.
As you grow in confidence and empowerment, your vibration will rise. The more vibrational energy you have, the more in tune and aligned you will be with the source, allowing you to manifest your dreams and desires.

Techniques and methods for healing and manifestation
Some say that vibrational energy can be used for healing and manifestation in a variety of ways, including:
- Sound therapy
- Listening to soothing sounds or experiencing vibrations on the skin can help with relaxation, stress relief, and cellular healing. Methods such as using singing bowls, tuning forks, or calming music can achieve this.
- Breathwork
- Deep, rhythmic breathing can help realign vibrational energy. Slow, controlled breathing can also lower heart rate and stimulate brain areas that affect relaxation, comfort, emotional control, and overall well-being.
- Meditation
- Meditation involves sitting or reclining in a serene environment, concentrating on bodily sensations, specific words, or objects, and permitting reactions to fluctuate. Some proponents suggest that meditation before commencing the day can help elevate one’s vibrational frequency.
- Positive thoughts and emotions
- It is postulated that thoughts and emotions, encompassing subconscious cognition, emit vibrations into the universe, consequently shaping one’s life. By the law of vibration and attraction, akin to attracts akin; therefore, affirmative thoughts and emotions can draw positive individuals and occurrences.
- Healthy practices
- Healthy practices and positive thoughts and feelings can support a bright energy field. This can include being mindful of what you eat and drink and journaling about gratitude.
Attracting Compatible Patterns
Your desires, thoughts, and feelings do not determine the manifestations in your life. While these factors are significant, they act more as outcomes than root causes. You attract what you’re signaling. Think of yourself as a beacon of energy. You constantly emit signals that convey your current being to the universe. These signals can either draw in or push away other energy beings, events, and experiences.
Naturally, you attract that which resonates with your current energy and repel that which doesn’t align with it. If your energetic essence exudes wealth and abundance, your physical reality will mirror this by manifesting wealth and abundance. Conversely, your physical reality will reflect this negativity if you emit anger and frustration.
As the signals you emit are multifaceted, your experience of reality will be equally intricate. Once you comprehend that your energetic self attracts compatible patterns, it becomes apparent that you need to alter the signals you are emitting to manifest something different in your life.
Your Vibrational Hum
Please take note of the following passage:
Engage with the vibrational resonance of your essence. Quiet your thoughts, attune to your inner self, and heed the perpetually broadcasting essence that is uniquely you. What kind of frequencies are you projecting at this moment?
Upon attuning for a brief moment, I can perceive some of the frequencies within me. I am conscious of radiating feelings of contentment and delight. I am aware of emitting signals that beckon positive, affectionate connections into my life. I can discern that my vibrations indicate financial prosperity and growth. Additionally, my energy is predominantly mental as I compose this article.
However, these are mere reflections. The genuine frequency I emit is not a mere thought. It transcends into a wavelength. While I may articulate this wavelength, more than human language is required for such a task. But I should capture my current frequency in words. In that case, I might employ the subsequent descriptors: fluid, joyful, serene, uplifting, pure, subtle, potent, expansive, comforting, mindful, seamless, and invigorated.
I am also capable of tuning into the frequencies of my surroundings. I can detect my body emanating a sense of satiety as I have just finished my lunch (a salad and some olives). I notice that the temperature outside is recorded at 49 degrees Fahrenheit. I can discern harmonious music from my computer speakers (sound constituting yet another form of vibration). I can subtly perceive Erin’s energy transmitted from the adjacent room.
Furthermore, I can feel the collective power of individuals worldwide who engage with my articles. Overall, I can sense that the signals I’m sending out and those coming from my environment are in sync. I feel happy, peaceful, and abundant; my environment reflects that. This is a stable state, one I experience often.
Your energy signature summarizes all the signals you’re sending out. Your thoughts and feelings aren’t the cause of these signals, though; your thoughts and feelings are the effects of the signals. Changing the signal you’re emitting will shift your thoughts and feelings.
Vibrational Equilibrium
The interaction between your vibrational being and your environment stabilizes over time. If your current life situation appears relatively stable, you are maintaining equilibrium.
For instance, if you are experiencing financial hardship and this situation has remained stable for an extended period, most of the energetic signals you encounter are also resonating at a similar frequency of economic difficulty. This encompasses your living environment, social interactions, work setting, scheduled events, furnishings, and more. Your being is immersed in a field of these signals, prompting you to vibrate at the same level.
Continuing to surround yourself with signals reinforcing your current state will perpetuate that state. While you may temporarily escape it, returning to it is likely if that is your equilibrium.
Altering Your Vibration
Initiating a temporary shift in your vibration can be achieved quickly, even within seconds. Engage in physical movement, sing a favorite song, smile momentarily, practice a yoga pose, or take a cold shower – all of these can change your state. However, such changes will not yield lasting results if you revert to your previous vibration. If your dominant signal remains unaltered, your equilibrium will not shift.
To shift your equilibrium, you must disrupt the old equilibrium. This necessitates creating a lasting disconnect between your current vibration and the environmental vibrations that align with it.
There are two ways to do this.
Altering your vibration is imperative for a lasting disconnection with your current environment. By emitting a new signal, you will naturally repel elements within your environment that are incongruent with this signal while concurrently drawing in individuals, circumstances, and experiences that align with it. Sustaining this new vibration will result in a comprehensive transformation of your physical reality.
One way to implement this approach is to visualize your objectives for at least 20 minutes daily. This should be accompanied by a high level of detail, evoking strong emotions. A discernible emotional shift indicates the broadcasting of a new signal. Prolonged maintenance of this heightened vibration expedites the pace at which your reality will reconfigure.
The second method
It is necessary to deliberately replace existing environmental stimuli with new ones to effect intentional change. Subsequently, one must acclimate to this new environment, which may initially cause discomfort as one’s vibration does not immediately align with the latest signals. It is crucial to allow the recalibration of one’s vibration until compatibility with the new environment is achieved.
This approach can be implemented by altering one’s environmental landscape in physical, social, and other relevant aspects. For instance, ceasing to associate with lethargic acquaintances, parting with one’s television, and spending time daily with the most dynamic individuals one knows. Although initially uncomfortable, this will eventually lead to the absorption of the new signals, causing one’s vibrational pattern to harmonize with the latest company’s.
In summary, one can change the emission of one’s signal or alter the signal environment to effect a lasting transformation in one’s vibrational pattern.
Creating What You Desire
To create what you want in your life, you must shift your vibrational pattern to emit a signal that is vibrationally compatible with your goals and desires.
You can identify that new vibration by vividly visualizing your goals until you feel different emotions, which stabilize at a certain point. Notice how your vibrational inner being feels, not just emotionally but energetically. Then, return to your old state and notice the vibrational difference between the two states. Compare and contrast the old vibration with the new one.
For example, here’s how I’d describe the vibration of being broke and deep in debt, a frequency I emitted for many years: tight, knotted, twisted, chaotic, rough, blurry, red, dark, fast, changing, pressed, and squeezed.
Here’s how I’d describe the vibration of financial abundance: open, accessible, transparent, bluish-white, flowing, smooth, bright, focused, and intense.
Each vibration has a different energy signature. If I temporarily shift my default vibration to a state of feeling broken (just by imagining it as accurate), I can feel my vibrational self shifting its frequency too. If I held that vibration long enough, I’d soon find that my physical reality followed suit.
It is essential to understand that consistent exposure to conflicting signals can hinder efforts to shift one’s vibration. For instance, consuming TV news related to financial crises and recessions can harm one’s vibration, ultimately impacting one’s financial situation in the long term. When seeking financial abundance, it is advisable to refrain from engaging with mainstream news and instead focus on reading high-quality books or articles.
Mastering the ability to perceive and regulate one’s vibrational frequencies yields significant power. By profoundly understanding this concept, individuals can deliberately manipulate their frequency to align with their desired experiences.
You can create wealth, a new relationship, high energy, and good health.
This isn’t to say that accomplishing all these things will be easy. Adjusting your vibrational frequency correctly takes practice, so be patient with yourself. Rome wasn’t manifested in a day.
